About Us

Dr. Jill Lipari

I’m Dr. Jill Lipari, a dedicated physical therapist residing in New Jersey. I wear many hats – a wife, a mom, and a passionate healthcare professional. My journey began at Hofstra University, where I not only earned my bachelor’s degree but also excelled in four years of Division 1 soccer. I pursued my doctorate degree in physical therapy (DPT) from Mount Saint Joseph University, successfully graduating in 2015.

My athletic spirit extended beyond college, leading me to compete in women’s rugby at regional, state, and even national levels. In 2018, I furthered my knowledge by completing a postdoctoral residency program in orthopedics through Select Medical.

My true passion lies in pelvic health and wellness. My specialized areas of focus include addressing pelvic floor dysfunction in both males and females, optimizing sports performance, orthopedic care, and the skilled practice of dry needling. When I’m not dedicated to helping clients achieve their best physical selves, you’ll find me cherishing moments with my husband and daughter, engaging in weight training, reliving my soccer days, or enjoying the beauty of the Jersey Shore.

Patient Reviews

I had an awesome experience at PTCOE thanks to Jill. I had been dealing with some hip issues for three years until a PT from Colorado recommend I work with Jill. I drove an hour each way to work with Jill but it was worth it. I’m feeling better than ever. Thanks!”
Joe P
“I see Jill Lipari for pelvic floor issues. She is fabulous. This is a sensitive issue and she has always made me feel comfortable. When I first started therapy, I did not understand my condition. Because Jill is so knowledgeable about this issue and a good communicator, she has helped to educate me concerning many aspects of this diagnosis. Not only do I receive great physical therapy from her but help to implement effective practices at home. She is an amazing support to me! I would highly recommend Jill to anyone.”
Cathy D
“I came to PTCOE feeling hopeless about my condition and the prognosis my Dr. had given me. Within 5 minutes Jillian had reassured me it was, indeed, not hopeless and that we would work together towards my goals. Jillian is truly called to practice pelvic floor therapy. Her expertise and compassionate heart have brought me farther than I ever imagined possible. I will 100% recommend Jillian to any woman I encounter who is in need of pelvic floor therapy.”
Donna T
“I work as a physical therapist so when I needed pelvic floor therapy after having a baby, I was very choosey when picking a specialist. Jillian exceeded all my expectations and was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything, and I am so grateful for her expertise in my recovery! I highly recommend her and this clinic!”
Alyssa
“I have worked with Jill Lipari both post-partum after my first pregnancy and during my second pregnancy for pelvic floor physical therapy, and she is phenomenal. She’s extremely knowledgeable, supportive, enjoyable to work with, and makes you feel very comfortable while genuinely listening to your concerns.”
Poonam S
“I visited in my second trimester of pregnancy for some nagging low back pain in my sacroiliac joint. I saw Jill DPT who was wonderful, thorough, professional, and supportive! She was able to clearly diagnose the problem, make suggestions as to the cause, and gave me a plan to manage this symptom with exercises at home. I highly recommend Jill if you’re a pregnant/postpartum patient looking for a Pelvic PT. “
Amy D
“I was having a lot of basic mobility issues postpartum and Jill gave me the tools to fix all of them and targeted more areas that may have problems as my baby grows. This was by far the best self care decision I have ever made for myself. Thank you!”
Kelsey P
“Can’t say enough good things about my experience here. I went to see Jillian with essentially an impossible problem to solve (I needed surgical/medical intervention ultimately), but Jillian did everything in her power to help me improve my situation, educated me on how my body should be functioning, and supported me in discussions with my doctor. Pelvic floor PT should be mandatory for all women, especially those that have been pregnant. I highly recommend Jillian as a PFPT- it didn’t take long at all to see quantifiable improvements.”
